Who is a candidate for FemTouch treatments?

FemTouch can address vaginal, health-related conditions for women of all ages, from as young as 20, up to 70, or even 80, years old. It’s important to consult with your treatment provider regarding the treatment options available, based on your individual concerns and medical history.

How long does each FemTouch treatment take?

The FemTouch™ treatment takes between 2-5 minutes to perform. The physician might want to perform a vaginal examination prior to the FemTouch treatment, which can extend the session by a few minutes.

How many treatments are needed?

Typically, 2-4 treatments are recommended to observe optimal results. Patients report an improvement already after the first session.

What does the treatment regime look like? How many weeks between each treatment?

Are there any side-effects associated with the FemTouch treatment?

Yes, the FemTouch™ treatment has no contraindications with hysterectomy.

Can I undergo treatment while breastfeeding?

Yes, FemTouch is not contraindicated for women who breastfeed.

What type of equipment is used during the treatment?

For the FemTouch™ treatment, your treatment provider will use the AcuPulse CO2 laser with the FemTouch hand piece. Lumenis CO2 lasers have been used since 1979 to perform different vaginal treatments, on top of other cosmetic and surgical treatments.
